Legal Problems in Licensing Insurers' Operations in the Russian Federation

This academic paper is concentrated on the legal problems in licensing of insurance organizations in the Russian Federation. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that without the Institute of licensing is impossible the functioning of the subjects of insurance in modern realities, and this period of time is characterized by a fairly small array of legal acts in the field of licensing activities in the insurance market, as well as the lack of knowledge of existing problems. Legal nature of this institute is connected with the activity of self-regulated organizations so there are main consequences of their comparison analysis in this work. Besides, the project consists of the results of legal framework`s research at the insurance market. There are formulated and studied the main current problems such as an excessive state control, imperfection of legal regulation in some cases and suggested the ways of solving them.
