Key words: planning, integration, integration planning, cross-functional coordination, the efficiency of the company, demand forecasting, demand management. In the conditions of development of market relations and constantly growing competition in the market, the role of logistics in modern business grows. In today's actual business realities, the logistics service needs to act as an instrument capable of promptly responding to various conditions of the internal and external environment. At present, the main task of logistics is the development of various optimal solutions that will allow the company to achieve the greatest efficiency of work, gain competitive advantages and strengthen market positions. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop measures to improve the existing planning processes to increase the efficiency of the company's work. In the thesis the steps and measures systematized, and they can reduce errors in planning process, improve quality of cross-functional coordination by implementing integrated planning to improve the efficiency of the trading activity of the company. 5.
