(Bachelor’s programme)
2018
The graduate work analyzes novels of inheritance law introduced by Federal Law No. 259-FL of July 29, 2017. In the center of the author's attention, a new concept is a hereditary fund. An attempt was made to determine the place of the hereditary fund in the system of organizational and legal forms of non-profit organizations, as well as in the system of basic categories of inheritance law, such as universal succession and the right to an obligatory share in the inheritance. The author consistently analyzes new types of actions that will appear in notaries of Russia in connection with the introduction of this design. The graduate work contains an answer to the question whether it is possible to expect the appearance in our country of domestic Nobles, Fords and Bosch.
