Development of an Algorithm for Determining the Rational Location of the Logistics Infrastructure Object (on the Example of AirBridgeCargo Cargo Airline)
Strategic Management in Logistics
Within the framework of this master's thesis, a strategic logistical problem related to access to infrastructure was studied. The thesis has a classical three-tier structure, according to which, in the framework of the first chapter, a deep analysis of the problem was presented, its relevance was proved and the ways of its possible solution were explored. Within the framework of the second chapter, the basic principles and peculiarities of the operation of cargo air carriers were presented, the degree of influence of logistic customer service on the final financial results of the type of companies under consideration was theoretically studied and modern methods and tools for determining the location of the warehouse on the plane, supplemented by the advanced algorithm provided by the author, were analyzed. In the third chapter, the author of the work presents calculations of the optimal dislocation of the object of the logistics infrastructure using both classical methods and the proposed approach, followed by an estimate of the projected financial result through the use of the DuPont model.
