In the modern world, not only information is developed, but also the ways of its transmission. So, recently, television has been an advanced source of information for many people. Now more information is received from the Internet. We can no longer imagine our life without the Internet, it has penetrated our life completely. 90% of news we learn from the Internet soon and the remaining 10% will be absorbed by the Internet. And this is not strange, because more and more prints are moving to virtual space, as it allows you to learn and transmit information about what is happening in the world as quickly as possible and, at the same time, not to be tied to the conditions of a printing house or transport delivery of products. Many formats of media are transferred to the electronic form: newspapers, magazines, television, etc. All of them are more popular than traditional media. To compare the use of television and the Internet, the following can be said: the television opening ceremony of the Olympiad in Sochi (2014) was watched by 3 billion television viewers, and the number of watched videos on YouTube reaches more than 4 billion a day. The number of unique visitors to YouTube video sharing monthly exceeds a billion people. That is, we can say that it is on the Internet that the maximum number of audiences is concentrated, on the basis of which the presented content is based. To date, video blogging is not only a socially significant phenomenon, but also a political and economic base for spreading any ideas. The audience of subscribers is growing at a high rate. Moreover, this trend is observed not only in our country, but also abroad. So, for 2 years from 2016 to 2018 the audience of the Russian You Tube grew by 100 thousand people, and American YouTube, in the same period, by 160 thousand people.
