Approaches to the Formation of the Biotechnology Transfer in the Eurasian Economic Union

One of the main goals of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is to develop cooperation in innovative industries. Technology transfer can drive innovations. The study observes the opportunities for creation of the biotechnology transfer network in EAEU.

This study aims at development of the most effective technology transfer model in EAEU taking into account special characteristics of the biotechnology industry. The concept of the technology transfer network suggested by the Eurasian Economic Commission is analysed in the study. Some practical recommendations are given taken into account the experience of other integration unions.

As a result, suggested ways of development of the technology transfer network may lay the ground for industrial cooperation in EAEU
