Legal Protection of Computer Programs and Data Bases

In this study, problems of the legal regime of computer programs and databases in the law of intellectual property and their legal protection are considered. Special issues such as computer expertise, the possibilities of legal protection of computer programs by commercial secret and patent law are touched upon. Much attention is paid to foreign legislation and judicial practice.
