The Problems and Development Prospects of the Legal Regulation of International E-Commerce

Electronic commerce as enough new phenomenon of the last years has been rising rapidly, changing the usual means of the international trade. The adaptation of the existing regulatory framework to the needs of technological development within the multilateral trading system should be fulfilled through a comprehensive analysis of problems in this area and a coordinated policy in relation to their solution. In response to this situation, this graduation work is devoted to еhe problems and development prospects of the iegal regulation of international e-commerce.
