The Improvement of Logistics Activities Efficiency (in the Case of the Company)

This paper illustrates a final academic project that will aim to improve logistic support of an online retailer, using major methods as: SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and model of DuPont, controlling system, balanced scorecard. Based on the implemented methods, a list of recommendations will be created to increase the efficiency of the company's logistics activities. The proposal consists of five sections: introduction to the study, literature review, methodology, summary results anticipated and a conclusion.
