Comparative Analysis of Land Lease for Construction Purposes and Building Right

This paper is devoted to a comparative analysis of the institutions of leasing of land for the purposes of construction and the right to develop a land plot. On this topic, there have already been studies of each of the institutions, but there has been no comparative analysis of the provisions. In this paper, we compared the institutions and made conclusions about the possibility of each of the institutions in Russian civil law.
