This research is dedicated to the comprehensive analysis of corporate contracts as a legal phenomenon. The work pays much attention to the comparative analysis of foreign corporate contract models and demonstrates the correlation of Russian, Anglo-Saxon and continental model of this legal institute. The author of the research paper also analyses the functions, elements, main peculiarities of conclusion, modification and termination of the contract, and its most popular performance bonds.
