In recent times the world has witnessed the emergence of the new type of companies which using specific technology, and as a result provide platforms (or mobile applications), which connect drivers and clients. Those types of companies change the whole idea on how industry traditionally operates, and have a strong influence on consumers' behaviour by applying an absolute unique business models due to a fast development of technology. It is a well-known fact that nowadays companies operate in a wake of globalization, where companies (same as countries) become interconnected and 'close to each other'. Due to the high pace of globalization, rapid development of technologies – those kind of companies 'have faced' an opportunity to internalize its operations. Importantly, those kind of companies are always in the search of the new business opportunities which may help create revenue from its international operations in the future.
