The purpose of this work is studying, the analysis and identification of features of execution of the obligation by the third party, proceeding from the theory and practice. Tasks of this work are studying and the analysis of features and legal essence of execution of the obligation by the third party, consequences of execution of the obligation by the third party, features of appropriate execution of the obligation by the third party, including, responsibility for inadequate execution of the obligation by the third party, features of regulation of execution of the obligation by the third party in certain spheres of economic activity, taking into account jurisprudence.
