Contract of Commercial Concession

This research is devoted to the legal analysis of the commercial concession agreement in the Russian law. Attention is paid to solving actual theoretical and practical disputes. In particular, the author considers a wide range of issues on the conceptual construct, the contents of the agreement, the essential conditions, the ratio of commercial concession and franchising, the specifics of franchising regulation abroad and the differentiation of commercial concession and other business contracts. The research combines scientific works of the legal community, separate issues of foreign legislation, as well as law enforcement practice in Russia. Based on the analysis results, possible ways of resolving the indicated legal disputes are suggested.
