The present research is devoted to analysis of correlation insolvency and non-insolvency proceedings of challenging debtor's transactions in the Russian Federation. The work contains examination of doctrinal concepts on challenging the pre-insolvency debtor’s transactions, analysis of judicial practice on this matter, identification of the ratio between general civil and special bankrupt grounds of such contesting. The currant legislator does not regulate the third parties’ capability of challenging transactions of the debtor aside the insolvency proceedings, while the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation submit creditors and trustee rights in its decisions. The main issues, collisions and application circumstances are examined in present research and several conclusions on non-insolvency proceedings of challenging debtor's transactions meaning are offered.
