Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, but the emergence and development of Islamic banking in this country is very slow and not yet become the main foundation of Indonesian banking. At the same time, Small Medium Enterprises in Indonesia have a vital role to the sustainability of the country's economy and proven to survive the crisis in 1997 and 2008. after conducting document analysis and identifying developments of Islamic bank in Indonesia, i believe in the possibility for Islamic Banking in Indonesia to be bigger in the future to advance economic development in Indonesia and shared prosperity to all community groups.
