Features of the Cassation Review of Judicial Decisions in the Courts of General Jurisdiction

The graduate work is dedicated to features of the cassation review of judicial decisions in the courts of general jurisdiction. The purpose of the work is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of civil procedural legislation, judicial practice and scientific works characterizing the cassation review, as well as related problems that are currently taking place. According to the results of the study, numerous problems, which affect various aspects of the cassation proceedings in the Russian Federation. were revealed. Besides, there are suggested possible ways of solving problems that will help to improve the stability of the judicial system and fully ensure the right to judicial protection.
