In a complex space environment, the orbital motion of spacecraft is always accompanied by disturbances. In order to ensure the regular movement of spacecraft on orbit, it is necessary to control the attitude of spacecraft. In this paper, the dynamical model of spacecraft is described by differential equations, we are going to analyze the parameters of this mathematical model and confirm those undetermined parameters. Then a guaranteed control of the spacecraft on an elliptical orbit will be introduced. Control includes two cases of movement: spacecraft in a stable state on orbit; orbital transition of spacecraft. Finally, a simulation of the motion of a spacecraft will be carried out under the influence of perturbations. Simulation results show the control is rational and effective.
