Poberezhnaya A.S. Master Thesis Abstract Thesis: Impact Assessment of the Advanced Social and Economic Development Territory’s Regime on Improving the Investment Climate of The Subject of the Russian Federation (the Case of Khabarovsk Krai) One of important factors of attraction in national economy of foreign investments, is the investment climate in the country and its regions. Are designed to exert TOSER the stimulating impact on economic development of the city, being the integral element of its investment attractiveness. Thus, in the master thesis is considered conceptual bases of free economic zones and their realization, the mechanism of territories advancing social and economic and his impact on investment climate of Khabarovsk Krai is analysed. In work, such methods of the economic analysis as the analysis of absolute values, comparisons, methods of the horizontal analysis and tabular and graphic methods are used. Work contains the theoretical bases of a research concerning basic concepts: "special economic zone" and "the territory of the advancing social and economic development", are considered stages of development of foreign and Russian experiment on creation and functioning of special (free) economic zones, organizational and economic and legal bases of creation of territories of the advancing social and economic development are also designated. Within the research, special attention was paid to the priority directions of development of edge, from the point of view of investment climate and also results of assessment of investment attractiveness of Khabarovsk Krai and its influence on efficiency of implementation of projects on TOSER are reported, calculations of an economic component of investment climate are executed and the research and collection of information for assessment of investment risks of edge is conducted.
