The research is devoted to the study of the ineffectiveness of basic anti-corruption education's mechanisms in Russia. Using the example of schools in Moscow and St. Petersburg, it can be concluded, that the policy of spreading anti-corruption education in Russia is ineffective at the stage of implementing, namely the result of a successful policy-making process and a failed program to consolidate the main goals and instruments for its implementation.
