This paper focuses on the change of the Kazak customs since modern China, by using the combination of empirical research and normative research, typical analysis and general analysis, as well as case study, to probe in the inheritance and changes of Kazak customs and then to unearth the source that generate the changes. This paper mainly analyses the clothing customs which speak for material culture and spiritual culture of the Kazak nationality, as well as the problems and countermeasures in the development of Kazak’s culture essence-festival customs.
