The topic of the Graduate Qualification Work is "Advocate in the Civil court Proceedings". The work is dedicated to the legal research of the activities of a legal attorney in the civil process for the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens is the main task of our government, and the legal attorney, like no one else, is able to do this qualitatively and effectively. In modern science this topic takes a lot of consideration of scientists and practicing lawyers, not only because of the urgency of the topic, but also because of the large number of legislative changes regarding the role of the legal attorney in the civil process. As part of the research, the activities of the attorney in the civil process, his and the specifics of the appointment of a attorney in the civil process were aim of the research paper, an attempt was made to critically comprehend the planned changes in the advocacy, namely, the introduction advocatory monopoly, as well as an analysis of the work of an attorney for the protection of citizens' rights while alternative dispute resolution. Thus, the attorney-representative is the main subject of providing qualified legal assistance in civil matters, since it supports to exercise the constitutional right to judicial protection of citizens in the court proceedings, and is also an important person providing legal assistance in extrajudicial ways.
