Formation of Innovative Projects Teams at an Organization

Complication of technologies, increasing of the speed of information exchange and the need for independence from third-party developers are forcing companies to look for opportunities of solving problems within their organization and staging innovative processes. Over the past hundred years, the approach to assessing the effectiveness of the company and its processes has changed dramatically, gradually bringing human capital and teams within organizations to the forefront. Strengthening the role of teams in the organization leads to the search for the most effective method of forming teams in terms of the ability to respond to the changes. The aim of the work is development of a universal methodology for the team formation relevant to the objectives of the innovation project and the company in particular. In the process of research of existing and applied methods for the formation of project teams in general and within VKontakte, a list of problems is identified in connection with the revealed lack of approach to the formation of teams that need to be solved and a method of forming teams aimed at eliminating these negative influences.
