Development and Implementation of an Innovative Project Based on the Mobile Application “Calendar of Pregnancy”

The work describes the development and implementation of an innovative project using the mobile application "Calendar of Pregnancy" as an example. The purpose of this work is the development and improvement of techniques for releasing an updated version of the "Calendar of Pregnancy" application to increase the number of users, improve the rating and financial performance of the application. Problems of mobile development were highlighted in this work and then the solutions for solving these problems were offered. Some hypotheses about in-app purchases were tested, the audience was analyzed and the logic of advertising was changed, so the number of purchases in the application increased by 2 times, and the revenues from contextual advertising increased by 3 times.
