In the given work the analysis of the contract of obligatory insurance of a civil liability of owners of vehicles is carried out. In particular, attention is paid to the concept of the contract, its essential conditions, the content of the contract and the specifics of its implementation are considered. The study includes a review of the materials of judicial practice and scientific literature. The result of the work is an analysis of existing problems in the disclosure of the concept, elements and content of the contract.
