Modeling the Student's Individual Educational Trajectory Based on the Analysis of His/Her Intellectual and Emotional Characteristics

This work is devoted to creating a model which help students to construct their individual educational trajectories. The implementation of this system let reduce the difference between modern requirement of labour market and the skills which students get in universities. The main goal of this research is creating a model of students' individual educational trajectories providing personality development using the maximal rage of students' intellectual and emotional resources. To reach the aim of this work the following tasks were set: • to analyze the relevant literature; • to examine the examples of individual educational trajectory realization; • to develop the system for evaluating students' intellectual and emotional characteristics; • to create a model, which constructs students' individual educational trajectories based on the results of evaluation. The work is divided in 3 parts. In the first part the term of individual educational trajectory is considered. In the second part the analysis of labor market needs and the young specialists' skills is presented. In the third part the demands for creating the individual educational trajectory model are considered. Also, the model, which is the main aim of this research is presented. In the end of the work the goal and tasks of this research were reached: the individual educational trajectory model is created, and the future improvements are proposed.
