Peculiarities of Legal Regulation and the System of Copyrights Protection

Annotation Theme of the present dissertation research: «Peculiarities of Legal Regulation and the System of Copyrights Protection». This work consists of an introduction, two chapters, each of which includes three paragraphs, conclusions, a bibliographic list. The introduction proves the relevance and practical value of the chosen topic, which consists in the fact that in connection with the rapid development of market relations and high technologies, issues related to the protection of copyright are among the priority areas of civil law. The object of research is the social relations that develop in the sphere of intellectual property. The subject of the study is the norms of Russian and foreign legislation, Russian law enforcement practice and legal doctrine in the field of copyright protection. In the first chapter, the main trends in the development of the legal regulation of copyright are examined, and the current range of methods aimed at protecting copyright in the Russian Federation is analyzed, from the perspective of prevailing civil and legal means of protecting copyright over administrative, legal and criminal law methods. Also, the author clarified the grounds, the presence of which is sufficient to apply methods of copyright protection. The second chapter deals with the relationship between the notions of "protection" and "protection" of copyrights, ways to protect copyrights that are not related to liability measures, as well as the specifics of applying civil protection measures for copyright infringement. The author paid special attention to discussion issues, the solution of which will help to increase the level of effectiveness of legal regulation of copyright in the Russian Federation. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for improving the efficiency of legal regulation and copyright protection system in the Russian Federation, by improving the current legislation.
