Financial and Legal Responsibility in Russia

The problem of allocation of financial responsibility in the Russian Federation is considered in the paper. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature of representatives of financial science, researchers of administrative law, explanations of judicial instances, judicial practice, the author concludes that the legal responsibility is independent in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the main types of financial responsibility: tax and budgetary ones, highlights current problems of financial responsibility and also offers ways to improve the institution of financial responsibility.
