Legal Regulation of the Use of Offshore Companies in the Russian Business Activities

 The topic of the research deals with a wide range of problems of the use of offshore instruments by Russian businessmen. Currently, one of the problems of Russian economy is still a significant outflow of capital through international offshore instruments that cause the need for legislative regulation of the use of offshore by residents of the Russian Federation. The general purpose of this project is to analyze the legal regulation of the use of offshore companies in the activities of Russian entrepreneurs, as well as in identifying trends and ways of involving Russia in offshore business and the resulting international problems.
