Restoration of the Debtors Solvency in Bankruptcy Cases: Problems of Legal Regulation

The restoration of the debtor's solvency has always been an institute that does not work in full in the Russian Federation. This is the main problem that has to be solved for the quality management of the mechanism and the prevention of the sale of the debtor's property, as well as the fulfillment of obligations to creditors. The main purpose of the study is to identify the main problems and ways to resolve the debtor's solvency in bankruptcy cases. The study is based on the analysis of the Russian legislation, the separation of the views of scholars and the comparative legal method for comparison with foreign practice. The author will try to work out a mechanism for realizing the restoration of the debtor's solvency.
