In this paper, we consider the possibility of applying cluster analysis algorithms in the problem of recognizing the suspicious activity of visitors to a web site. A set of scripts has been developed that implements the process of maintaining real data, cleaning them, splitting a set of log entries into segments, and further statistical monitoring of user activity. The selection of algorithms for cluster analysis and their parameters for solving the problem is substantiated.
