Judicial Protection Beneficiary's Interests in Corporate Law.

In this paper, the is analysed possibility of judicial protection beneficiary’s interests in corporate law. There are considering various definitions of the controlling person of corporation. The is justified legitimate protection of beneficiary’s interests. There are defined criteria for granting the beneficiary the right to challenge void and avoid transactions and decisions of the company's management bodies and recovery of losses caused to the company.
