New Instrument for Financing Innovative Project in Digital Economy

In this paper, a new tool for financing the digital economy - Initial Coin Offering (primary location of tokens) is considered. Features, disadvantages and advantages are analyzed. Developed recommendations for the application of Initial Coin Offering to attract investment for Russian companies.
