The main purpose of this work is to study the changes in the processes of transportation of goods in recent years and how these changes affect the activities of companies as a whole, as well as their development in the field of business. Analyzing the main trends in the improvement of transport processes, it should be noted that the development of information technologies and the use of new information systems have a great impact. This article considers the various articles dedicated to improving transport processes the transport of goods, the analysis of the research and provided a methodology to find the most effective solution to the problem.
