Inheritance of Exclusive Right to a Trademark

This study is devoted to problems of legal regulation of inheritance of exclusive rights to trademarks and service marks. In particular, the author identifies and discusses such issues as the need to fill gaps in the legal regulation of inheritance of trademarks. The disputed questions about the status of heir-persons, the possibility to use and dispose of this right are considered.
