During the era of globalization, the social sphere of society is rapidly developing. The ideas of gender equality are developing in almost every society. Nowadays women are able to provide themselves with self-realization in any sphere - both in professional terms and in personal. This research explores the main categories that define the concept of" successful women " in modern Chinese society. Using the linguocultural approach, we not only define indicators of social and personal success, but also we analyze the semantic universals denoting these indicators in the modern Chinese language . The work clarifies the vision of the psychological portrait of a "successful woman" in Chinese society and the reasons for its formation.
