Electronic Document Management in the Activity of Credit Organizations

At present, subjects of civil legal relations are forced to operate with large volumes of information, storage of which on paper cannot be possible, and its transformation into a printed form is inexpedient from the volume or impossible due to the specificity of the information stored. The relationship associated with the activities of credit organisations are not an exception. The purpose of this work is to identify the problems associated with the implementation of electronic document management by credit organisations and formation of proposals for their solution. In the work the following methods are used: analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction, as well as formal legal and comparative legal methods. The author formulates definitions of the concepts "electronic document", "electronic document managment", considers alternative ways of confirming the authenticity of electronic documents in relations between credit organisations and customers - individuals; proposes solutions to problems associated with the use of electronic document management systems in the activities of credit institutions. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, including two paragraphs, conclusion.
