The Expulsion of a Shareholder from a Non-Public Company
The theme of this research final qualifying work is the The Expulsion of a Shareholder from a Non-Public Company. In spite of the fact that the legislator considered it possible to exclude a shareholder in the NAO, at the same time as this possibility was legalized, no rules were introduced on the procedure for expelling the shareholder. During the existence of this rule, the mechanism for its implementation in the joint-stock company has not been developed so far, not only at the legislative level, but also at the level of law enforcement practice. The single precedents encountered in judicial practice only confirm the fact that the legislation has a significant gap in the regulation of the legal institution under consideration.
