Special Purpose Legal Entity as the Issuer of Bonds Covered by Receivables

The master's thesis is regarded to the analysis of legal regulation of a special legal entity in securitisation. The objectives of the work include determining the boundaries of the legal personality of a special legal entity and analysing the criteria for the validity of the the assignment of receivables to a special legal entity.
