Legal Regulation of Well - Know Trademark

The active development of the commercial sphere and the emergence of a variety of goods, logos and brands led to the widespread use of such means of individualization as a well-known trademark. The actuality of the legal protection of well-known trademarks is to prevent their exploitation by subjects without the appropriate permission of the right holder of such a designation. The subject of the study is a set of legal norms that establish the criteria and forms of civil-law protection of the rights of owners of well-known trademarks in accordance with Russian and international law, as well as ways to improve these legal provisions. The aim is to study the legal norms in the field of a well-known trademark on the basis of a comprehensive study and analysis of the regulatory framework, including international legislation, as well as problems in the development of legislative regulation in this area.
