The Legal Regime of Works Produced during the Course of Employment

This study is an attempt to elucidate the legal regime of works produced during the course of employment. In the course of the study, the author allocates the signs in the presence of which the work is recognized as produced during the course of employment, the subjective composition of legal relations that are formed when the works produced during the course of employment are created, the content of copyrights for works produced during the course of employment, as well as the peculiarities of the creation of works produced during the course of employment by certain categories of employees - scientific pedagogical staff, , as well as military servicemen who are in military service. Particular attention is paid to the study of the legal regime of works produced during the course of employment in foreign law and order. Finally, possible ways of resolving some problems in this scope are covered.
