Development Strategy for Innovation Infrastructure in Far Regions of Russia

The thesis is devoted to the formation of strategies in the innovation infrastructure in far regions of Russia. A conceptual model of the regional innovation infrastructure is described. Also estimation of innovative infrastructure of remote regions of Russia on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was studied. The thesis consist analysis of business models of the Technopark "Yakutia" as the main element of the innovation infrastructure of the Sakha (Yakutia). Recommendations were based on improving the interaction of the components of the innovation infrastructure of far regions on the example of theRepublic of Sakha (Yakutia) including the analysis of the North-Eastern Federal University for the role in the emerging model of the "triple helix" of the region.
