Topic: «Using the Methodology BSC (Balanced Scorecard) to Automate Management Decisions for Companies». The volume of the thesis: 40 pages, including 7 illustrations, 2 tables and 28 used sources. The object of development is software that allows to automate management decisions in companies of medium and small business on the basis of BSC methodology. The main purpose of this work is to try to identify such indicators and parameters that will allow an objective analysis of the company's activities. As a result, an application was developed that analyzes key performance indicators of the organization and helps employees make effective decisions. The program is intended for project managers, department heads and top management. Further development in this subject area involves extending the application to the level of operational managers, visual improvement and commercial promotion.
