The Enterprise as the Object of Hereditary Succession

This paper aims to cover a number of key issues about the enterprise in hereditary relations. The legal basis and some special provisions of the enterprise’s status will be analyzed in the project. Also there will be an overview of the judicial practice about the movement of the rights on the enterprise. Also we need to pay attention to the most serious problems and suggest practical solutions, especially with regard to legal status of the heirs, the division and consequences of the adoption of the inherited enterprise. The study contains an update law material and it is supposed to be easily adapted to practical purposes.
