The theme of this final qualifying work is the Unfair Terms in the Contracts between Professional Participants of the Securities Market and Individual Investors. Professional participants, using contractual and informational advantages in concluding contracts with individual investors, often include in the transaction conditions that infringe the rights and interests of the individual investors. This situation reduces the level of trust of investors-individuals to the stock market, worsens their investment activity and is unacceptable within the framework of the rule of law.
