Protection of Minority Shareholders Rights in International Corporate Law

This graduate paper is aimed at comprehensive analysis of the instruments to protect minority shareholders rights in international private law as well as its application in the Russian Federation, USA and UK practice. The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, nine paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography. Chapter I elaborates the concept of protection of minority shareholders rights and highlights the main instruments. Chapter II contains of comparative analysis of legislature of USA, UK and Russia regarding protection of minority shareholders rights. Chapter III is devoted to the application all the main instruments to protect minority shareholders rights in Russian Federation
