The decision support system for constructing access networks was developed in this final qualification work. It is the result of an attempt to apply the theory of decision-making to the task from the field of network technologies. The created system solves a complex multicriteria task of ranking corporate network projects according to the degree of preference and choice of the most rational variant using decision support methods. It provides a quality guarantee, taking into account user preferences and collective peer review, and offers a solution based only on the data received. This system plays a great practical importance, since it greatly accelerates and simplifies the decision-making process. This automation allows to move away from manual analysis, which takes too much time and is a rather complicated procedure for a person, which leads to frequent mistakes. In the course of the research, the main goals and objectives were fulfilled: the urgency of the system development was justified, the task of building an access network was formulated, the existing methods of decision support were analyzed, the own method for selecting a network project was developed, the system operation algorithm was developed, the corresponding software with program documentation were developed, results of work and possible practical application of the system were considered. Thus, the obtained results prove the possibility of applying decision support methods to computer network issues and can serve as a basis for further developments in this subject area.
