Entrepreneurs and Corruption in Russia: Evaluating the Effectiveness of Government Policy Post 2008

In Russia, the systemic factor of the national economy is corruption. Among the destructive processes in Russia, corruption is one of the main places. In this regard, the study of corruption and anti-corruption activities in Russia is not losing its relevance. In this paper, approaches to the study of anti-corruption policy were considered. An anti-corruption government policy and anti-corruption business activity were also conducted. In the course of the research, it was revealed that business is developing anti-corruption activities within enterprises. Further, an analysis of the state control and supervision activities was carried out, which, in turn, is often accompanied by corruption. The excessive regulatory and legal base does not give a result. As a result, the researcher comes to the conclusion that the development of public control is necessary.
