Strategies of Intellectual Property Management at Small Innovative Companies

At present, worldwide increase in labor productivity is recognized as the main engine of long-term development and growth of the economy. Over the past decades, the main growth in productivity was due to the widespread introduction of innovations in all areas of our lives. Innovative companies play an especially important role in the innovative development of the economy. In connection with this, the role of intellectual property management in the enterprise also increases. In this paper, strategies for managing OIS facilities at small innovative enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and recommendations for choosing the most relevant strategy are discussed.
