International Commercial Arbitration: Current Trends of Legal Regulation

The research is an attempt to study the problematic issues of regulation of international commercial arbitration. In today's world, economic relations occupy a central place in strengthening international cooperation and mutual understanding both between states and among other subjects of international law. International commercial arbitration plays an important role among the various ways to resolve disputes and disagreements arising from international commercial transactions. The paper makes an attempt to comprehend the legal essence of international commercial arbitration in connection with the modern development of the legal system in Russia. The author analyzes the Law "On International Commercial Arbitration", summarizes judicial practice, as well as doctrinal approaches to determining the nature of international commercial arbitration.
